Move Menstrual Health Education Forward
Because Your Students Are Worth It
The best investment you can make is in your students’ health literacy—and your confidence as an educator. When your school implements My Vital Cycles®, you’re not just delivering lessons—you’re changing lives.
In trials of the program, students showed a significant improvement in ovulatory menstrual health literacy—including gains in knowledge, attitude, confidence, and skills. Most strikingly, mood-related concerns improved simply because students finally understood how their own bodies work.
You’ll be equipped with expert-designed content, ready-to-use resources, and the confidence to teach this topic in a way that is medically accurate, respectful, and empowering.
Because when we teach the menstrual cycle as a vital sign, we don’t just improve health—we build resilience, self-awareness, and lifelong respect for the body.
