PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
My Vital Cycles® is based on the principles of Restorative Reproductive Medicine. Its biopsychosocial approach is oriented toward understanding and treating reproductive health by addressing the biological, psychological, and social dimensions of a person's well-being.
Our online professional development sessions are tailored to specific roles, such as: science and health educators, sports coaches, healthcare professionals (nurses, counsellors, psychologists, physiotherapists and doctors), and medical students. We also provide training for guest speakes to present using My Vital Cycles resources.
Sessions 1 to 3 each include a 50-minute presentation, followed by a 30-minute quiz. Successful completion of the quiz is required to advance to the next session
Session 4 features three case presentations delivered across multiple interactive segments.
